TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Our Policies
Below you can find more information about our terms of service. Still have questions? Feel free to contact us!
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our service and our team of professionals. If any aspect of your experience with us is unsatisfactory, please notify us within 2 business days of your service visit and we will promptly reply and have a team member return to your home, free of charge. If possible, we ask that you document any issues with photos when possible.
Pricing & Quoting
Because we believe that in order to be a great partner, we need to truly understand your needs and what you hope you to get out of our services, we prioritize and strongly encourage in-person consultations to provide you with a customized quote. Our pricing is based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, condition of your home at the time of the walkthrough, square footage, number of rooms to be cleaned, and frequency of service. If you are unable to prioritize an in-person consultation, we are happy to provide a pricing range over the phone, but your final quote & service price is subject to change at the time of cleaning, and based on our teams’ assessment of the details provided.
Scheduling Windows
While we strive to be on-time, every time, our professionals are often traveling from other appointments and may experience delays. We reserve the right to be within one hour of scheduled appointment time. Should there be further delay, your cleaning can be rescheduled and will be billed at a 50% discount. If any delay occurs, our team will be in contact.
Cancellation & Change Policy
If a client wishes to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of scheduled service, a $50 non-refundable fee will be charged. If a client wishes to make adjustments to an existing appointment within 48 hours of a scheduled service, a $25 non-refundable fee will be charged.
Payment Terms
We require that each client provides a valid credit or debit card to be held on file. Payment is required at the time of booking and will be billed on the first of each month for the full month of services.
Should there be an issue processing your payment, any scheduled services will be paused or canceled until payment is rendered.
Gratuity
While gratuity is not required, it is always appreciated. 100% of any gratuity added will go directly to your cleaning professional.
Insurance Details
We are a fully insured, limited liability company (LLC) registered through the state of Ohio.
